Move For Grady, Atlanta’s favorite ride/run/walk benefiting Grady Health System, returns to the city on April 27, 2024. When we come together to support Grady, we strengthen our community by giving all Atlantans the chance to live their best life. With multiple cycling routes, 5K and 10K options, a 1-mile Downhill Dash, and a Pop-up on the Plaza celebration with food, drinks, and music, Move For Grady has something for everyone. You can ride, run, or walk - at any distance you choose.

Registration fees include the official event t-shirt (must be present on event day to receive the t-shirt), parking, small bites & coffee, and admission to our fantastic Pop- Up on the Plaza finish line celebration with plenty of food, drinks, music, and fun activities.

• Joining as a cyclist? Choose our 5.5-mile Intown Spin or challenge yourself with a 20- or 62-mile route. All routes offer fully supplied rest stops and on-route support.
• Joining as a runner or walker? Check out our 5K or 10K that offers on-route support and water/rest stops. And introducing a 1-Mile Downhill Dash to kick off the morning!
• Joining us virtually? You can Move For Grady from wherever you are and still make an incredible impact!
